AI and Scholarship as a Conversation

AI and Scholarship as a Conversation Online

AI is entering the scholarly conversation - summarizing research, generating content, and even shaping what voices are heard. This session examines how AI tools influence the ways ideas circulate, evolve, and gain credibility in academic and professional communities. Participants will explore questions about authorship, attribution, and voice in an era when technology can mimic scholarly discourse. This session will offer strategies for helping students understand scholarship as an ongoing, participatory exchange and for designing assignments that encourage authentic engagement with sources while navigating AI’s growing presence in the world of information.

This webinar will be recorded and all registrants will receive a link to the recording.

Webinars are scheduled to be one hour with time for Q&A both recorded and unrecorded. If you have any questions, please contact us at ask@udc.libanswers.com
